Community feedback

Voices from past guests.

Honest words from people who lived here — not curated reviews, not paid placements.

ADA House felt more like staying with friends than booking a place online. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and full of small thoughtful details. I especially loved the garden area and how easy it was to meet other travelers.

Claire Moreau·France

I stayed here with my girlfriend for a week and honestly did not want to leave. The location is perfect, quiet at night but still close to cafés and Nimman. The hosts created such a relaxed and friendly environment.

Ethan Walker·Australia

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated how peaceful everything felt after busy days exploring Chiang Mai. The community dinners and shared spaces made the experience really special.

Minji Park·South Korea

One of the most authentic places I stayed in Thailand. The vibe is warm and creative, with people from many different countries sharing stories together. It feels personal instead of commercial.

Luca Bianchi·Italy

I booked only three nights and extended my stay immediately. The rooms are cozy, the common areas are amazing for relaxing, and the energy of the place is incredibly positive. Perfect for solo travelers.

Living together

A few quiet rules. The house works because everyone respects them.

Nothing strict, nothing surprising. Just what makes shared living comfortable for everyone.

Quiet from 10pm to 9am

Walk softly on wooden floors, take calls outside, low voices on the terrace.

AC at 24°C minimum

Keeps things efficient, prevents condensation. Close doors and windows when AC is on.

Durian outdoors only

The smell stays for days in fabric and walls. Outdoors only, please.

Clean kitchens after use

Wash dishes immediately. Return utensils. Respect waste sorting.

Showers under 8 minutes

Tropical water savings. No paper in the toilet — use the bins provided.

Respect the garden

Don't walk on the grass, feed the animals, or touch the fish pond system.

Pets welcome under conditions

Calm, clean, well-behaved pets only. Compatibility checked beforehand.

Smoking outdoors only

Not on wooden structures. Cigarette butts disposed safely — fire risk in dry season.

Trust & legal

Professional cleaning team, on-site management, TM30 immigration registration handled within 24h as required by Thai law. Bring your passport on arrival.

Are bathrooms private or shared?

Ada House has multiple bathroom areas distributed across the house — thoughtfully designed for comfort and low traffic. Some sanitary areas can be privatised upon request and depending on availability. All bathrooms are cleaned twice a day.

Both, on your terms. We have an optional community life — weekly dinners, movie nights, workshops. Skip everything and read in the garden if you prefer. Quiet hours from 10pm to 9am are respected. No party-house atmosphere.

Free WiFi, AC, mosquito protection, premium linen, daily cleaning of common areas, weekly room cleaning (or on request), hot water, free parking, fully equipped kitchens, tea and coffee, coworking access, cinema, garden. Water and electricity are included under normal AC use.

Are pets allowed?

Calm and well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome on a case-by-case basis. We have a resident cat (Ada), chickens and a fish pond, so we check compatibility first. The garden is secured. Pets must respect house animals and other guests.

Can I book the whole house?

Yes. Full house privatisation is possible for families, retreats, workshops, group stays or events, subject to availability. The house comfortably hosts 16-25 guests. Reach out via WhatsApp with your dates and group size.
